Our Terms of Service

This document was written to be as clear and concise as possible about what an account holder agrees to when using the Supportism Site.

Disclaimer of Warranties

There is no warranty for the Supportism Site. The Site "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Site is with you. Should the Site prove defective, you assume the cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.

Abuse

Excessive resource use, harassment or spamming is a violation of this agreement will result in the immediate termination of your account.

Payments

You (the account holder) agree to pay the services charges on the schedule specified during the sign up process. If a payment is later than a week your account will be suspended. If the payment by the end of the payment cycle your account will be terminated.

Change of Service

Changes of service are not permitted at this time, only cancellations.

Cancellation

Your will account will remain active until the end of current payment period. At which the account will be terminated.

Violation

A violation of any portion of this agreement will result in your account being removed from the Supportism Site. There will be no reimbursement for your remaining service.

Changes to this Policy

Supportism reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The newest version will always be located at http://www.supportism.com/documents/termsofservice.
